Sales Policy
Thrax audio products are hand built by skilled technicians and use custom components from small specialist manufacturers from all over the world. The assembly of each unit is done entirely in house. Then is tested and auditioned prior to dispatch. This puts a limit on the manufacturing capability and implies a substantial lead time.
As Thrax audio components exhibit qualities uncommon to most audio systems and best appreciated in extremely high resolution setups we encourage you to seek a demonstration by an appointed (trained and experienced) dealer.
Thrax audio has a permanent setup available for critical listening at our headquarters in a purpose built room. Contact us for appointment.
